Did you know that your legs and feet are made up of over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments?
There are more than 30 muscles in the feet alone, which provide stability, cushioning, balance and movement.
The legs contain some of the largest and most powerful muscles in the body: the quadriceps and calf muscles. Whether you're running, hiking, dancing, or simply standing, your feet are always in action.
They carry you through life😊so take good care of them.
Did you know? You can train your foot muscles just like your abs. šŸ’Ŗ
Important for exercise: Warm up for 5-10 minutes, cool down for 5-10 minutes, and don't forget to stretch. Let's go.
